Sorry, but recently I hate these words:
- Impossible
- Tired
- Complicated
- Too much
- Lazy
- Be slow
I might say they are doing business conservatively! They don't care about their people development! They do business randomly! Goodness gracious me!
Hey! Don't you know and realize people is the most valuable asset in an organization? why don't you try to treat them well? Why aren't you willing to explore each of them?
You might not be an ideal organization, but in the couple of the time, you will be an ideal just if you want to do it. For me, there is a tiny gap between realistic and pesimist!
